1) Are you having trouble with a specific file, or is it all of them?
Here are three possible solutions…
1) If you’ve download the “All-In-One” download, make sure to unzip the file before accessing the books.
2) If you are able to open the files in your browser (instead of right-clicking and saving them) you can print the docs and use them that way without ever having to open them in Adobe.
3) If using a Mac: Mac computers fully support zip files. Just double-click the zip file wherever you downloaded it, and it will extract those contents into a new folder (usually with the same name).
Alternatively, each ebook and menu is available as a stand-alone PDF download. If you continue to have problems with the ZIP file, scroll down further on the page, and you’ll see green download links for each book which save as PDF.

5. Why is the file size different when downloading?
